CT66 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and CT66 ("CT66", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the CT66 website located at https://ct66.cam and all services, features, content and products made available through it.

CT66 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed primarily for Pakistani users. By accessing, browsing or registering on CT66, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable laws in Pakistan. CT66 does not claim to be licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial authority. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this platform complies with applicable local laws. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on CT66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation, trust or other legal entity.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from CT66 or any related platform, or if a prior self-exclusion period has ended, you have formally requested reinstatement through support.
• You are not a CT66 employee, director, officer, contractor, agent or close family member of any of the foregoing.
• The funds you deposit on CT66 are not proceeds of crime and your use of the platform complies with applicable anti-money-laundering laws.

CT66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be subject to review pending investigation.

Jurisdiction Responsibility: It is entirely the User's responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before using CT66. CT66 does not provide legal advice. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation may apply to their use of this Platform.

Each User may hold only one Account on CT66. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any bonus amounts forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification: CT66 applies identity verification (KYC) to confirm user identity and age. You will be required to submit acceptable government-issued identification documents (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. CT66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to protect your login details adequately. Deposits to your CT66 Account must be made using payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender of funds is not the Account holder — are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and the Account being suspended.

CT66 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual information only. The availability of any specific payment method depends on the cashier at the time of your transaction. CT66 makes no warranty that any listed method will be available, fee-free or supported without conditions at any given time.

Important: None of the payment providers named above endorse or are affiliated with gambling activities through CT66. Users must verify the terms of their chosen payment provider independently before initiating a deposit. Each provider's own policies regarding transaction categories, limits and fees apply independently of CT66's terms.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• CT66 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposit processing times vary by method; CT66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
• All deposits must originate from sources of legitimate funds. CT66 may request source-of-funds documentation under applicable AML obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method in the same name as the registered CT66 Account.
• Any active bonus amounts attached to your balance are subject to their applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier and may be updated from time to time.
• CT66 may apply a processing window before releasing withdrawal funds; exact timelines depend on the method selected.
• CT66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, AML concerns or unresolved verification issues exist.

Withdrawal to the original deposit method is preferred where possible. CT66 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, correspondent banking networks or public holidays.

CT66 may from time to time offer Bonuses to new and existing Users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

CT66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it deems it necessary to do so in accordance with responsible gambling obligations or platform integrity.

All bets and wagers placed on CT66 are final once accepted. Users accept that the platform's records of transactions constitute the official record of all bets placed. In the event of a discrepancy between a User's records and CT66's system records, CT66's server records shall prevail, subject to good-faith investigation of any reported error.

CT66 reserves the right to void any bet, wager or game outcome where:

• A technical error, software malfunction or human error has affected the outcome;
• A bet was placed on a suspended or closed market;
• The outcome has been manipulated through fraud or match-fixing;
• The bet was placed using stolen or fraudulently obtained funds.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events covered on CT66 — are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. CT66 holds no official partnership or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC, FIFA or any sports governing body. Results are determined by the relevant sporting authorities.

Casino games are governed by the applicable game rules, which are displayed within each game. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is not altered by CT66. Users should review game-specific rules before placing real-money wagers.

You agree not to use CT66 in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 (Pakistan) and anti-money-laundering legislation;
• Is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
• Involves the use of automated tools, bots, scripts or software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Constitutes cheating, collusion or any form of match-fixing;
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• Transmits harmful, offensive or illegal content through any communication channel on the Platform;
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of CT66's systems or data;
• Facilitates underage gambling or assists any person under the applicable minimum age to access the Platform.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All content on the CT66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content and design elements — is the intellectual property of CT66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from CT66 without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CT66 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Technical failures, server downtime or internet connectivity issues;
• Errors in odds presentation or game outcomes caused by third-party providers;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

CT66's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits CT66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

CT66's collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using CT66, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, CT66 collects personal information necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing and customer support. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data and do not sell personal information to third parties. KYC documents are handled securely and retained only as long as required by applicable regulation.

CT66 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following player-protection tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — cap your net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts — receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods — temporarily restrict your access for a defined short-term period;
• Self-Exclusion — close your Account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently.

All Users who set responsible gambling limits are encouraged to review them regularly. Increases to existing deposit or loss limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately.

Adults Only: CT66 is strictly for adults aged 18 years or over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. The 18+ restriction does not imply that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Local laws may restrict gambling activity. Users remain solely responsible for complying with applicable law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing the User's Account. You may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

CT66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request;
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder;
• Reasonable suspicion of underage access.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding amounts under review for fraud or AML investigation) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances are forfeited on Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

CT66 does not claim any authorisation, licence or regulatory approval from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial or federal Pakistani authority. Pakistani Users access this Platform subject to the laws of Pakistan and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations.

CT66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting User rights, eligibility conditions, payment terms or responsible gambling obligations — CT66 will provide reasonable notice via a prominent site notice or email to registered Users.

Your continued use of the CT66 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page each time you use CT66 if significant changes have been announced.
